The Apartments

Aura — Studio, Up to 3 Guests

An open-plan studio apartment designed for couples or small groups. The space is thoughtfully laid out, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and sleeping area, and a private outdoor space. Ideal for two people who want a quiet, well-designed base close to the beach.

Gaia — One-Bedroom Loft, Up to 4 Guests

A one-bedroom apartment with a mezzanine layout, giving the space a sense of height and openness. The separate bedroom provides privacy, while the living area is generous and bright. Suits couples who want more space, or a small family.

Karma — Two-Bedroom, Up to 5 Guests

The largest apartment, with two separate bedrooms and a full living space. Comfortable for families or a group of friends. The additional space makes it practical for stays of a week or more.

The Location

The apartments are next to the Schinias-Marathon National Park, with Schinias Beach a 10-minute walk away. The nearest town (Nea Makri) is approximately 10 minutes by car, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and waterfront restaurants. Athens International Airport is approximately 40 minutes away; central Athens is approximately 1 hour.
